Have you not surfed before or are you still working on the basic part of surfing? Then book a beginner adult surfing class at The Spot. During this basic surfing class, we will teach you everything that is important when you are just starting out. Our beginner adult surfing class is fully tailored to the level of all students!

SURFING CLASS CONTENT:
During our beginner surfing class for adults, we’ll teach you all about surfing techniques. In addition, extra attention is paid to different weather conditions surfers face including theory on safety & surfing. A take-off (standing up from the surfboard) is also covered in detail. After about 5 classes, you will be ready for the advanced wave surfing class!

Does our beginner surfing class for adults no longer hold any secrets for you and are you totally hooked on surfing? Then it’s time for our advanced surfing course! Book a 5x stamp card or 10x stamp card for weekly surfing classes during the season at a competitive rate!

SURFING CLASS CONTENT:
During your advanced surfing course, our certified surf instructors will go deeper into all the surfing techniques and give all kinds of handy tips for getting through the surf. Fitness, flexibility & strength will also be addressed, so that your surfing skills are optimally trained!

In three weeks we will teach you the basic skills of wave surfing. You will be introduced to your gear, the sea, safety, the position on your board & paddling technique. Within no time, you will do your first take-off and you will be ready to surf independently.

When you take the basic course, you will also receive 3 x equipment rental so you can surf independently outside of the classes!

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?
During private surfing classes for adults, all aspects of our regular group classes are covered, but with full personal attention because you are 1 on 1 with the surf instructor. In general, adults learn to surf faster through a private surfing class, because the entire class is personalised to them.

Accelerate your progress through video analysis!

This class builds from coaching to surfing in front of the camera and concludes with an analysis of your surfing performance. By working with your instructor to analyse images and create awareness of your timing, movement, set up & posture, you will boost your learning! (Some basic experience is a requirement).
